Karina provides an overall relaxing massage, and specializes in performing deep tissue techniques. She has experience working with athletes, those with chronic muscle tension, and clients post surgeries. She is able to easily find the areas on the body that are causing muscle tension and stiffness for her clients. As a certified personal trainer, she incorporates stretching techniques and likes to educate her clients with tips to prevent additional muscle tension over time. She likes to focus on a therapeutic approach and treatment plan for her clients.
